I've seen the investment in someone that was not performing to expectations pay off handsomely. Firing fast means we never ask the underlying rasons and immediately blame the person. Ask if they have the right equipment? The right training? Understand the expectations? (I could go on). thanks for challenging knee jerk thinking!
